It looks like the SEC is continuing with their efforts to deregister Udfi.

Seems like an odd way for them to protect individual investors.

Essentially, they left management in place and could be putting them in a situation where they never have to show financials.

Udfi misssed their stated goal of a March filing. That date was contingent on the sec giving Udfi guidance on getting filings current. It doesn’t look like the sec is eager to cooperate with them based on their efforts to deregister.
