Fwiw, there was a new filing in the SEC case back in February.

Briefs in support of summary disposition (to suspend udf securities) were due on March 28th. Opposition briefs due on Apr 29, and reply briefs due in mid-May.

I don’t think anything can be read into this (ie does this mean the SEC isn’t expecting the audit to be done soon?), but figured I’d link to it anyways.
