There is probably a "potential deal" in the works.

IMO, the potential deal is the ACQUISITION of another Cannabis Company and they need the new shares to pay for it.

I'm telling ya - ACB pays for EVERYTHING with shares.

They even pay their consultants (aka: Nelson) in shares.
