That's what I just explained...they did not include the DER as an asset because share pps is volatile and would result in fluctuations in the value of LT assets, or that they decided the amount of shares was not significant enough for inclusion.
The fact is the LT and only the LT controls the distribution of those shares and the minimal cash it also contains, not some outside entity, but we as holders of Markers are only interested in how much CASH is there, which by all accounts is not very much.
