The possible liabilities were properly disclosed, and early on.
None of that is a problem, or a surprise to me....or anyone for that matter. This was an asset sale, not a stock sale that would have been a better way for everyone. Problem is they could not find a buyer....
To insinuate they would welcome a lawsuit so they can give THEIR money to lawyers and friends is just wrong...
