This is a form 1a IPO which means they first took over an existing shell company (GRPS), to start selling shares and making a brand, then they will do a name change to XYZ Hemp in the actual IPO. At least that’s my understanding. Gives them a head start and less complicated than a traditional IPO I assume.

As for the value your shares will pro-rate into the new price.
