JLW, yes indeed, that is exactly how I read it as well, couple this patent with the last two devices patents and it is beginning to look like LWLG is busy fabricating PIC's now, it will be interesting to see if in the quarterly Open Letter next scheduled for mid-April 2019 investors are given some detail/color on the PIC developments, the 1st PIC's designs are scheduled for completion about now, so it is not much of a stretch to think that the fabrication process has begun in earnest already

I am also curious to know what type of volumes LWLG internal manufacturing can support, Dr Lebby's latest comments from the Jose Prozo interview seem to allude to decent size capabilities, would you agree?
