Can't say I would be disappointed to see such a thing, but obviously it is not advantageous for any entity trying to buy Amarin. Rather unfeasible for them.
The world would be aware that some BP might be looking to BO AMRN by purchasing shares way below a 25% ownership level - the BP would have to release a 13D within 10 days of reaching 5% ownership - that volume would be noticed by algobots/traders and the pps would rise rapidly - there won't be any sneak BO attempts.
