JimProfit no guarantee either way. The only thing that is different is that we are in a reorganization, which usually means serious job loss, selling unproductive assets and combining functions. Normally if a company isn't in BK at the time of the reorganization it is to forestall such from happening. I doubt that reorganization is common in Germany.
