I went to PTAB court in ~November 2017. My report is available in one of my posts. Zombie did a great post when he went to court as well, can’t remember that court date though.

Wow, well-said, and congrats not only on your at-hand understanding and comfort with all things UOIP, but also your willingness to take the time to lay it all out so precisely, concisely and matter-of-factly.

Good job, thank you!

GMC2020,
Good summary of facts of investing in UOIP.
Risk?
I rate its risk the same as I invest in CMGO.( A damn good winner for me ).
The winners are UOIP share holders. It will happen.

Absolutely Love Your opinions on this ChanBond/UOIP/13 Cable Company Litigation suit.

Just gave You follow #16.

Post actually deserves a sticky as You covered many bases that look to be accurate to Me.

Hopefully We can still get some other Investors here from another IPR Company that has just lost to Apple.

Maybe I will contact them.

Thank You very much Gmc2020

Thanks for your thoughts! You are the 3rd largest shareholder I guess, that's pretty cool. I hope to pick up some shares next week and maybe average in as long as they're traded.

Not that anyone needs my advice, but if you really anticipate the gains you're talking about, I'd encourage everyone to get as many shares as possible to a Roth to eventually enjoy all the gains tax free.

I think it's good to always be looking out for the 'next thing' ( that's how I landed here). So I'm curious if you or anyone else has found another similar situation to move to once this pays out, assuming it does,

Have a good weekend!

10. What happens if UOIP can't pay the $5m to ChanBond?
After the maturity date in October 2020, if $5M is not paid then extra $25,000 per month until $5M is fully paid.
