This company is about to fold. Cant dilute anymore without reverse split or increasing shares

Agree. IMO, there is no need for RS at this point or near future.

I see a huge potential for uptrend since we do have products in place, however, we still have to wait for the result of T-Mobile certification next couple weeks.
