its conceivable that SRMX is replacing the TOXIC 3 A 10 borrowing , with the REG A type , which is benign for market action.
Though necessary , if no other means of financing , its a death spiral for the price of the shares
if i am correct , than the death spiral , is over
and if MAX is forthright , that T MOBILE or other contracts are in the works, there will be no need for a reverse split , because the price of the stock , will be substantially higher .IMO
