Found some info for institution purchase from Farmers and Merchants Trust Company is based in Los Angeles.

They made an initial purchase of 10,000 shares.

Here is the full list of all the holdings for Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Long Beach (close by the BSEG offices).

Guessing possible involvment of BSEG and Farmers together, or maybe Farmers purchased the company on their own. However its good news that a registered institution with FINRA picked up some BSEG shares.
