The conversion is based on closing bid price... not a sell before the bids came in a 9:30:01 in the morning. The only goal was to get people to sell. It didn't help conversion, not one bit. Previous conversion price was .002 and it was .002 that day as well, plus their discount. Read the agreement... its based on closing bid price... that is what I have been watching bc if they know no news is coming why not just dump all the shares as fast as they can since it doesn't matter right? As the price lowers they get a better price so why not just dump to every bid? The biggest clue is how they are being cautious and dumping small blocks at crucial times to try to induce selling. They have larger asks out there in case some one does start buying, can't let it start to run on low volume, and the sells are always more cautious and seem to be coordinated with weakness... ie a filing of CT order, lunchtime lull and early and late trades.
Now we have a bid at 21... they will take it out by lunchtime and print another .002 afterwards... just watch.
