Here you are bringing up CV on the CW board again. Same thing you cried about a couple of weeks ago. My goodness man. But since you apparently want to compare them now.. those financial #s are absolutely outstanding. That's why I invested here. But they still don't justify a 3.5 X market cap. That's the whole point we are trying to make, but you are not grasping that concept. Now please take your own advice and stop bringing up CWs competition on this board.

Also CW revs 51% higher than CV in q4. This is for all that come to this board and say CV has better find than CW . Not even close . But I’m long CV and believe they can go higher .

$5.00 vs $20.00

I own and like both ...

Updated FACTS -> CVSI DOES NOT have SIMILAR or Better financials to CW :

1) CVSI did $48m revs in 2018 CS did $69.5m

2)CVSI grew 4% from Q3 2018 to Q4 2018. CW grew 21% from Q3 2018 to Q4 2018 . CVSI also warned Q1 would be slow growth.

3) In earlier presentations, CW forecast for 2019 is $120-$170m revs , CVSI does not even give a forecast but CW forecast looks like they could start to seriously lap them as CVSI had little growth from Q3 2018 to Q4 2018 and warned Q1 2019 would be the same.

4) CVSI GM% was 70% for 2018 CW GM% was 75% for 2018.

4) CVSI Adjusted EBITDA % was 29% for 2018 CW Adjusted EBITDA % was 30% for 2018.

5) CW has $73m cash and CVSI has $13m cash and is developing a drug (which requires a lot of $ for trials) besides their CBD business

I like these comparisons and own both and treat each as brothers vs enemies. But they are ‘similar’.
1-The revenue gap is getting smaller
2-growth comparison should be for the entire 2018, not just 4th q. Cvsi growth was bigger q3. You can’t hand pick the comparison that looks best
3-who cares about forecast, they both are going to explode
4-almost identical
4a-almost identical
5-cw wins big in the cash department and its reflected in the market cap...but the 007 $ isn’t a concern and wonder if they are even pursuing it currently or solely focusing on the oil expansion.

These 2 companies are very similar and very strong and they are both undervalued. I’d much rather support each other and worry more of Canadian companies trying to compete with cbd or the likes of curaleaf,

And congrats on a killer 4th quarter!
