Call the T/A for confirmation. They're obviously not gagged and if they are they will tell you to call the company for S/S. But they're not but call anyway.

Even an amateur can see that COBI went thru several doubles today from the channel it's been trading in for several months. Traders sell at doubles and buy back lower. Hence the volume.
