I'm curious where the news of a record number of investors came from? Did AGP actually say that, or is that more Rory speak because he can't help himself while promoting this company? -------------------------- “Even tier 1 investors are being drawn in record numbers according to AGP.”
This is what doesn’t make sense. If that was the case and demand was that high they would have been able to get a higher offering price.
So either the demand wasn’t there and they had to lower the price to a fraction of the market value to fill out the subscription...or they were really shitty negotiators.
I think they are having difficulty to sell those discounted shares to complete the offering, otherwise what would be holding them so long to list on NASDAQ.
