Yep, and if the right folks had done that they could have bought back and stopped the current slide by locking the float at 30 cents or so.

One is assuming that their crystall balls work that well ... We are riding free shares (Yes we sold some at .88)!!! And have a 20 stock Penny Portfolio that is up over 500% this year ...

SHMP will probably be over a dollar before the end of the calendar year ...
