The only thing the s1a updated was the number of shares. They did not bother updating the license info that was in the previously created document or anything else. No drama and no big deal.
Friend was reading one SEC filing recently and in 5 minutes found that every one had made the mistake of not redacting the 2 directors SS#s on company loan page in the SEC filling. One of those directors signed it, and a simpleton penny stock hustler found it in 5 minutes, LOL. Company had 35 Mil revenue.
