Well we have been having this discussion for a week. IMHO you need to fit RIT criteria but of you insist wink, wink.

I give a slack to triglycerides levels if patient has significant CAD. Most insurance companies never ask for labs. Some do. So if you have CAD then I don’t think triglyceride number is that important. I think Vascepa MOA goes way beyond triglycerides.
