The point is that the insider selling was going on at ACB. It's because they knew the valuation of their company and that it is very overvalued in comparison to it's peers. The peers weren't overvalued and still had a lot of room to grow, which is why those ones didn't sell.

The insider selling goes to support my argument that the ACB is overvalued
