HISTORY suggests, that companies with a POOR performance HISTORY, file CTR's to hid negative information, NOT positive...wonder why red today?! Think about that for a second....

Which could also mean the company is trying to hide some very ugly news related to those agreements.

Given the company having been sued by previous vendors, this could be more of the same.
