The reason I am buying now and not at 3.65 as that is the price for the PO..private placement of stock for 25million dollars for institutions..the two that were agreed upon hold 4 to 8 years normally so they are long term players..10 percent more could be picked up by another investor such as a mutual fund...this price is okay considering that we will be on Nasdaz and 2 strong tech guys have joined us after they saw what we have..this is a great time to get in ..add or dollar cost average..the tech has been steadily improving and the free trials will soon turn into paying customers..I am looking for a jump massively by fall or late summer. Hoping Nasdaz by second week of April..We are almost there..If sooner that would be a big plus in my book.
