I think there are only eight (8) of them registered with the PCAOB (or as HHSE's CEO claims they are "certified"). And they don't work on Fridays, nor Saturdays nor Sundays. They have a four day audit week.

Shirley there is a reason so many crooked pennyscam CPAs are located in Utah. It cannot be random chance.

One reason is simply that Mormons have tight communities, and tend to be trusting of each other. And so they're good targets for affinity scams.
