No, the last I heard from JT he qualified the promise to submit with "SHOULD" file by end of Q1, not "WILL".

I raised this point about a week ago and got scolded by someone on this board.

I figure AMRN mgmt are doing the best they can with this 20 ton gorrila.
Its best to do it right. A lot is riding on this.
