What do you think is the most likely purpose of the $500mil filing? That's not a small amount of money.

If it is to buy another CBD company, I'd like to see them acquire Bluebird Botanicals. Bluebird also has Colorado farms and HQ, and they recently became one of the few cGMP certified hemp companies. They have similar product lines available including CBD for pets and they have been white labeling for other brands for years:

If we put $500mln on books, now we can start talking about easy $50 + stock.
I think they will definitely have to add to the assets at some point to justify bigger market cap comparable to Canadians MJ ticks. Also it would definitely help to fight more aggressively for a market share.
