Without a catalyst the odds are generally 70/30 weighted against on second look if the daily volume is less than the volume from the first touch or, if it breaches, it may not hold but that's just a delay, right?
Time is speculative. If there is an organized buyer, mm likely won't let it pass a momentum/inflection point but that ain't no chart read. Just guessing.
