jet101, once a company goes into Bankruptcy the O/S becomes basically frozen. No new shares are issued towards debts, etc.
So the O/S should be the same now as the petition date (Nov 6, 2018) the only difference is that some of the outstanding shares have changed hands since Nov. 6, 2018.
Doesn't change the fact the the petition date is what is being used to determine which common share holders would qualify for a cash payout assuming that any cash is left after the debt holders are paid first.
