Any idea why ANWWQ filed a Form 15 for this current ticker, ANWWQ in order to avoid filing future financial statements?

Just curious to hear your opinion - because if this ticker is going away, then why did they feel the need to file a Form 15?

I've traded dozens of Q tickers and never seen a Form 15 filed - you seem like an expert, any guesses?

Could it be that this ANWWQ ticker will turn into the litigation trust ticker? Just wondering . . .

Good DD. Thanks for clarifying.

Here is the FINAL PLAN approved by the courts today 3/26/2019

It clearly still says in several locations throughout the document that Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc will be dissolved and a new private company will emerge from the Bankruptcy that will be 100% owned by Mercuria.

Sorry but ANWWQ will cease to exist very soon. Anybody owning shares when that happens will be left with $0 in their account.

And anybody that bought their shares after November 6, 2018 (the petition date) will have no chance at any cash payout assuming any cash is left after the debt holders are paid first.

jet101, once a company goes into Bankruptcy the O/S becomes basically frozen. No new shares are issued towards debts, etc.

So the O/S should be the same now as the petition date (Nov 6, 2018) the only difference is that some of the outstanding shares have changed hands since Nov. 6, 2018.

Doesn't change the fact the the petition date is what is being used to determine which common share holders would qualify for a cash payout assuming that any cash is left after the debt holders are paid first.
