Bingo! Anyone who does even the slightest DD on Parashar Patel would dump these shares immediately. UCCC carries the Black Skull and Crossbones on OTC, and has been dark since 2014. It has been essentially delisted and trades only on the grey market.

RGGI is just another worthless POS shell like PMPG. As confirmed by RGGI in its Annual Report for 2018 signed by Parashar Patel and filed last month, RGGI has just $116 in total assets, no revenue whatsoever in recent years, an accumulated deficit of ($1,369,912), and negative shareholders equity.

Parashar Patel is a serial scammer. At least two other tickers he is or has been involved in are pure garbage as well They are UCCC and RGGI
