I dont think a stock listed on the pink sheets has to notify their shareholders. They might do so, but shareholders do not have any say in the matter. I think the price can go below 0.0001, but not sure how it is managed at those levels. Thats the problem with these pinks. They can dilute a stop to no end and then just reverse split and do it again. All to raise money to develope a business for line the pockets of a scam artist. Ofcourse doing this should scare away all investors, but it seems that there are always people out there looking for the quick make it rich stock. Its this quest for a quick get rich idea that keeps these stocks going.

I guess the hope is that all the dilution gives the company enough money to actually get the business going and following the dilution the company will grow very well and then price of stock will then take off. The problem is that for many of these companies they either never work, or it takes them many years. At first I saw some hope in this company thinking they had a product that could be useful in the advertising market (which can be very profitable (Google)), but now it is beginning to seem like they release a bunch of fluff PR's to get people to buy into their dilution. Maybe they are using the money to make a great company, but i dont see that happening in the next few months. And in the next few months I can see another reverse split. Hopefully I am wrong, but with 14.2 billion shares the company would need millions in revenue to even hold their current PPS.

I have never seen a stock below 0.0001, and a reverse split would make the price higher and the shares fewer. for ex:
normal split : ex: 3:1 1 share is now 3 before the stock was $9 now its 3, but you have 3 shares for every 1 you own. In a reverse split its the complete opposite. for example: 1:100 split means for every 100 shares you own you will now have 1 so if you have 100,000 shares now you will have 100. but the old price was say 0.01 now it will be $1.00. So, what do you guys say about this stock? any recommendations?, Do they really have 14.2 Billion shares outstanding after a 1:3030 reverse split? thanks. also what do you guys think of PCLO.
