Her filing is moot and I guarantee you that it will be dismissed within 2 months and we don't get paid until next year anyway.

But her filing will prove a few things:

75/25 split til the end, WMILT, stuff that we already know

- The underwriters have to file an objection and confirm that they want to be in class 19

- Most importantly, we can still file and be heard this late in the game.

Why did she file this now? Why now that this was so close to a wrap? Why not years ago? Why now?

And why is there zero outrage that the person filing this obvious delay tactic is a JPM attorney??? Unbelievable. Are you guys sleeping through this? Does that not bother the living hell out of you???

Look, I am not denigrating the tremendous amount of work this objection was. I actually applaud that. But for it to come from an attorney who works for JPM is the most shocking thing to hit this case ever.

And don't get me started about her request for money from the court and the desperate and devastated shareholders! Why doesn't AZ ask us for money for his countless hours of research and posting through the years? Or dmdmd? Or LG? Or Ron? Because they have class and heart.....all done for our benefit.

I am sick about this. The timing! The JPM aspect. The groveling for money.
