Looks like 800k is able to be converted to stock, but 6M is directly cash (was in payout table/commentary).

It is all looking very real and positive as far as an uplist is concerned some time soon. I have been following for the past few months and since the first 10Q things have certainly ramped up, I really believe that we have a tiger by the tail!
