Ken Ward (advisor and Juneau) owns most of this company, Allen Ward owns about 10% as well.

Not sure if this is meaningful or just getting Ken Ward some more stock/money? It also references this can be paid in stock.......as of Jan 1 or now, not sure? Obviously a big difference in the amount of shares needed to satisfy the transaction?
