Of the folks who regularly post here F1ash seems to have a good understanding of the more intricate details of the financial arrangements so I defer to him. But I will say I remember when the Cantor announcement was made it mentioned the fact that potentially Lincoln could end at some point a percentage of Anavex shares that would preclude Anavex from selling Lincoln additional shares thereby hampering Anavex from raising additional funds.
