You're talking about sales orders. I can see that. Some distributor saying he'll order how ever many pounds of shrimp come in a batch, with 10% down and the balance due on delivery with an ETA of 24 weeks.

I could see that. It's a quick easy deal. It's basically just a distributor buying supply. It would increase the SHMP price but wouldn't skyrocket it if it was 1 order for say...half the harvest weight. But if it was someone agreeing to buy every last shrimp SHMP can grow for the next 12 months...that's a whole different story.

I was thinking more in terms of a long term licensing agreement where another farmer paid a fee to use the tech. A thing like that would take 6 months to finalize from start to finish. And that's just to get the agreement done, not counting the install time and an additional 24 weeks to that farmer's profitability.

But in that scenario SHMP rises on the deal announcement. It rises again 6 months later when the licensee says "Wow this worked great!"

Issued patents are not needed to make and sell hamburgers at Burger King or Shrimp at SHMP world. Lame excuse.
