Thats is already explained in last pr.

With paying off last notes they fell slightly short, so they took up a small one with much favourable agreement. 6 months time to pay off this note, so no worries at all.

Abce fell short on cash to pay off all of their CD so they took a small note on favorable conditions.

Note doesnt come to term for 6 months and Abco has already stated they will pay it off before expiration.
