Yorkville isn't "DARK". Yorkville is a PRIVATE COMPANY and has no reason to explain anything to anybody. This alone should be proof enough that they have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS STOCK. If they did then they would have had to file plenty of forms since the court awarded them all the assets of this POS company.

All this hogwash trying to connect DNotes, Yorkville, NM,LLC, blockchain, etc is based on pure fantasy. NM, LLC is a subsidiary of Yorkville and Yorkville is a PRIVATE COMPANY. The POS that this stock belongs to is NeoMedia Technologies, INC and is NOT a part of Yorkville.

Do your DD folks, before you get trapped in the hogwash.

rocket: While there are too many facepalm moments in your short post to unpack, I will address one.

NeoMedia had no patents or technology related to payments.

That concept was invented on this board by someone trying to still be confident after NEOM closed. That includes the “Messaging” patent which, shockingly, is about messaging barcodes.

Constantly pointing to this useless Patent.

„Machine-readable codes are read, decoded and resolved by a messaging system in order to perform a desired function. If the code is not native to that (home) messaging system, then a resolution request is made to a central messaging interchange system to determine which other (destination) messaging system is native to and can resolve that code“

Todays technology does not this need this in any way.
Why ?
Every device can decode Codes like QR Codes locally, so no one needs to contact a Server. So no one needs a Patent.

So, totally clear NeoMedia faulted

I have yet to find any linkage between the two companies (which means absolutely nothing), however, I did uncover THIS:

DNotes Global CEO, Alan Yong Welcomes JPM Coin as a Partial Rail of a Massive Network Essential For Mass Adoption of Digital Currency

What strikes my fancy is JPM Coin. Some here may recall a project named "CurrentC." Their app had been under relentless attack by, allegedly, Google and Apple employees (per an announcement on their website at the time). These attacks had undermined CurrentC's ability to gain adoption.

It had become my belief that CurrentC's product was utilized by Walmart for their WalmartPay initiative, and that WalmartPay became the Beta for the consortium's testing, and that the app underwent a series of enhancements and upgrades over time as new aspects were added. This is strictly my own view and may be inaccurate, but I feel quite confident in it.

CurrentC had begun laying off employees, and ultimately (here is where we finally arrive at my point!) their CEO left to work with either Walmart or Chase (I no longer recall). So, why should this tug at your britches?...because you may wish to have a run at this:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-06-09/wal-mart-backed-mobile-wallet-halted-in-favor-of-chase-service

...and now, coincidentally, JPM Coin and DNotes are conjoined ;-)

The further we've come, the closer we are...JMO ;-)

ALL of the above is JMO. Perform your own DD and draw your own views.

Rocket/Scania,

Perhaps one of you can share an opinion. Until these past few years I do not recall more than two other companies that had incorporated "Neo" into their name. One was Neo@ogilvy (which merged with another entity); the other was a foreign entity with the sole name "Neo Media" and is associated with marketing and advertising.

However, what is the likelihood of encountering the name "Neo" in BLOCKCHAIN? Suddenly, we have THIS:

https://neo.org

...and THIS:

https://neotogas.com (same company as the above link)

...and we even have THIS:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/NEO-NEOUSD-33212/

I am NOT inferring this is part of NeoMedia Technologies. But I am scratching my head. Neo means "new." Perhaps this was merely named Neo because it is nascent technology. My scalp may turn raw from the scratching :-/

This should have your mind bending a bit:

I mentioned Neo@ogilvy which merged with Mindshare under the auspices of WPP (ENORMOUS advertising conglomerate). We also know Neom carried a close partnership with Microsoft and had previously (prior to the debt being called) rented office space in close proximity to them.

Now have a run at this:

I find it curious. It may be worth following to identify who else might be added to a notable position.
