If they did then they would have had to file plenty of forms since the court awarded them all the assets of this POS company.

All this hogwash trying to connect DNotes, Yorkville, NM,LLC, blockchain, etc is based on pure fantasy. NM, LLC is a subsidiary of Yorkville and Yorkville is a PRIVATE COMPANY. The POS that this stock belongs to is NeoMedia Technologies, INC and is NOT a part of Yorkville.
