I disagree with your statement. Previously Jim would talk generally about financing but give no specific information.

Recently, it seems they aren't able to respond at all about financing which seems consistent with the description of a "quiet period" which I forwarded you in that link.

Again, I prefaced my reply to you as my own personal opinion. You are entitled to your own.

Within the next 1-2 months we will know who is right and who is wrong.

Agreed, there isn't a quiet period.

A publicly traded company would never divulge financial information privately to individual investors. It must be done through financial statements.
