Yes you're right, and I'm mixing up dates here, never should have corrected myself. . The Q4 and annual report is Monday April 1. Q1 2019 is due May 15.
But you're wrong about them calling it 10Q or 10K. That is what they were called before they delisted in 2011. Now, down here in OTC Pink they are called "annual reports" and "quarterly reports".
