So why did they initiate the March 7th 8K, what is that all about? Did they do it just for the sake of doing so or because they are in the process of doing something?

You may be right, it’s been quite awhile since I last read them, but I do not recall seeing anything about the long term agreements being terminated. If that’s the case, then that would change the dynamics a bit, since that would mean that they have little to no cash to use to get QSIM active again and they would need to go about it a little differently than what I was originally thinking.

But, that still doesn’t mean that they are not working a deal out to get running again, in whatever sector they are planning.
