Yes, that was my number one reason as well but then I thought about it later and remembered about talk about a poison pill but I can't remember if it was actually Amarin that had one in place.
But if baker bros. wanted to sell at 30 (example only) and bunch of goofball retail want to sell at 30 and and the acquirers shares it would be close without a poison pill
