Take your holding based on 10 bill coming back and figure what you would get then divide it by 100 and that will be the harm you would have if they are allowed to stay as is

example 24 bill means a P gets 2400 so div that by 100 and you get 24$ per P in loss so if you hold 1000 Ps it would cost you $24,000
