That seems to be a jaded view of what has actually transpired so far.
What they did accomplish was to sell off most of their assets and create multi-year licensing agreements for their product (all of which have or are bringing in revenue/shares in VIVK), then went into stasis. I believe we are at the end of the stasis period and at the beginning of whatever comes next- what has been somewhat laid out in their filings.
I also think it was a big clue when they added Matt N. to the board. Putting those pieces together, I think that there are big plans here.
What perplexes me is the recent volume. Where did those shares come from, what were they used for, and who purchased them?
