Oh I know what a form 15 is. It’s just the fact that they’re already in BK.

Trying to voluntary revoke their own ticket while being in bankruptcy it’s just a waste of time and money. IMO.

And honestly this is my first time seeing this situation on a Q stock. That’s why I think that there must be something behind the scenes

Explain to me why a Q ticker would need to file a Form 15 if the shares are supposedly being canceled upon emergence, and please provide at least ONE example of any Q stock ever filing a Form 15.
