Form 15 means they will no longer reporting financials, but will be trading Monday morning. There are Form 15 companies that have been so for many years. looks to me Aegean Marine Petroleum Network is doing very well financially so last minute plans are being made before Tuesday. Oil is on the rise and Aegean Marine assets are exploding in value. IMO
