I expect he is eligible for some time in DaHole, butt it really depends on how much evidence and its importance that he can provide to the SEC and DOJ - as their main target here is obviously DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted, then LarcenousLisa and Bennie, and then the other defendants at lower priority. You can tell from the way the Complaint is drafted that DaPathologicalDavey is the top target, by far, with DaBennieBighouse second.
There is no doubt that Chris Liceaga has rolled over 100 percent and did so early in the investigation - and he has already offered up enuff to hang this whole crew, so IDK how valuable Jeffy can be on top of what Liceaga has already provided.
So DaDullardBruvfahJeffy may gett time in DaHole, butt prolly nott a whole lott, as he can legitimately plead ignorance, particularly if his lawyer can introduce his school transcripts and IQ test results )I joke about that - butt he does seem quite dumb. Jeffy may gett JoyntTime, butt if so, it won't be much and he'll prolly gett cushy Taft or Terminal Island to serve the time in. Or Dajeffy might gett a suspended sentence, as sumbuddy gotts to take care of London whilst DaFoleyFelon and Ma Barker LarcenousLisa do HoleTime. Uncle Jeffy needs to be able to put food on DaTable and buy skool supplies for his nephew.
Jeffy will be charged in the DOJ indictment along with the others, butt IMO, based only on what I know now, he won't do a long stretch in DaHole and may just gett probation (very unlikely, unless they really need him and he has valuable evidence to provide).
Three things are certain to me: (1) DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted will be getting double digit years (high triple digit months) in a real BOP shithole prison, (2) BennieBighouse is going to Federal prison (maybe 36 to 48 months is my guess at this time), and (3) LarcenousLisa will do time in Dublin.
Chris Liceaga will do a plea agreement and he will provide a full spillage of all beans he possesses and prolly will gett only probation.
