Everything you've predicted regarding Dave's complete and utter arrogance is playing out as completely correct I must say. Just like it did the last time Foley denied everything....right before he went to the hole for extended stay 1.0.

The SEC originally contacted Foley via phone nearly four months ago. Clearly the SEC had already canvassed the playing field of characters long before that time to see what everyone had to offer. Deals were already made. IMO, Jeff might have a little juice in this regard (as I didn't see dollars exchanged beyond the ice biz nonsense), Lisa is dead to rights and they're going to throw Bennie under the bus completely. If only Jeffie had started that house fire a few years earlier and was able to play the sympathy card, right?

Based on my experience, the alphabet agencies don't tip their hands more than absolutely necessary to move the process forward.
