I don't agree with everything you say, but you nailed it here!

Peter being silenced is a good thing.

I don't think the guy meant any harm or was trying to artificially inflate the stock price. I think he honestly thought he was helping by sharing genuine excitement. But he obviously only knew like 75% of the SHMP business plan. And while the 75% was right, the 25% he got wrong was thrust into the spotlight by every panicky day trader who assumed he was just a phony.
