If I read it correctly, this S-1 has been known for some time, and simply made final today. And 95+ of the shares in the OS have already been trading for ages in the hands of retail, and with the huge daily volumes we have seen, this seems like a non issue.
Does anyone one agree with this? If not, why not?
Looks like a buy the dip morning as the charts are still primed for a run to 40 cents and the S-1 sets a price limit of .40
Did I miss something????
